## Goal Reduce failed payments caused by gateway timeouts by 20%. ## Why it matters Customers whose payment times out at the gateway see "payment could not be completed, please retry" and often give up. Support-ticket themes in Lengo's memory point to timeouts as the main cause of failed payments.
